- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Phoenix VA Healthcare System intends to cancel the intended solicitation and award a firm-fixed-price contract to acquire services necessary to perform weekly on-site destruction (shredding) of media and confidential documents at the Phoenix VA Healthcare Services Center, 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012-1892, and the Phoenix VA Regional Office, 3333 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012-2402. The requirement is to be obtained from a mandatory source under VAAR 808.001 Arizona Center for the Blind under the authority of the Economy Act 31 USC 1535. The period of performance will be a base thirteen month period plus three 12 month option periods.
