Description: The US Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with the New York Sports Club for athletic renewal memberships for a period of February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
