- 1. INTRODUCTION: The U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Program has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide professional marine engineering services on an as-needed basis. Projects will include a variety of assignments involving the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Agencies within DHS. Work shall be confined to the fifty states and its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam etc.). The NAICS Code is 541330; the size standard is $17.0 million.
