- Description
- The Federal Emergency Management Agency plans to award on a sole source basis a purchase order placed under FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Howell Trucking Incorporated for three 8 cubic yard dumpster rentals to be serviced weekly and two 30 cubic yard roll-off dumpster rentals to be serviced on an on-call basis. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, material and supplies (except as may be expressly set forth as furnished by the Government) and provide waste removal services.
