- The USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for contractors to provide various plant seeds and plant plugs which are native to the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie located in Wilmington, Illinois. All seed must be received at the Midewin by March 1, 2008. All plants must be received at the Midewin after June 1, 2008 and before June 30, 2008. The solicitation number is AG-51KN-S-08-0001, and this is a commercial acquisition. The NAICS code is 111421. Multiple awards are anticipated. Offerors may submit offers for all or a portion of the items. Successful offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database before award can be made.
