- Farm fertilizers are required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC). Quantities are estimated and may vary by +/- 20%. Delivery times will vary from February 2008 through September 2008 depending on weather and crop schedules. This acquisition is being conducted using commercial items best value procedures. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, quality, warranty, and past performance. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVO). The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading on or about February 1, 2008. The offer response date is scheduled for February 11, 2008.
