- Description
- The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Marshall Communications Corporation for the continued satellite airtime services for the period February 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008. The Satellite Transponder Air-Time (STAT),is a portion of the entire IVT network. The IVT network currently delivers Social Security Administration (SSA) training material to a majority of Headquarter, field office (FO), Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA) and Disability and Determination Services (DDS) employees nationwide.
