- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Qty 60 27? TV sets, Qty 60 DVD Players, Qty 6 EOS 8.0MP Digital SLR Camera, Qty 6 DVD 5.39MP Camcorder with 2.7? monitor, Qty 12 CD Boom box with AM/FM radio/CD-R/RW, and Qty 4 Photo Scanner for their Okinawa Ryukyu Middle School. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a full and open competition brand name or equal basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Detailed specifications and requirements information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-2000 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 1 February 2008, to close 14 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 7 March 2008. Award will be made in accordance with FAR part 13, utilizing technically acceptable, low price evaluation criteria. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
