- Description
- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 100 to 300 acre property site to provide a Mobile Home parking area in Alabama. The Mobile Home parking area should be located not more than a 25 mile radius of Selma, Alabama. The site property grounds should be firm based (no loose soil), cleared of trees, debris, and other obstructions and impediments to construction and movement of units, and can support mobile homes. Land must have direct access from primary/secondary paved roads and with a minimum of 200 feet of frontage of these roads. Land should have accessable power and telephone service within 500 feet. Land should not be wetlands or in a flood zone. Land should meet local government ordinances, zoning requirement, and any other necessary approvals for government intended use. Land should comply with any environmental regulations. Property owner is responsible for providing any improvements to entrances and exits to the property, for example widening, culverts, and surfacing. The space is required immediately for a 2 year lease with 1 year firm.
