- 0242.1 NSN 1377-01-246-5280, Qty 63, FOB Origin and NSN 1377-01-246-5281, Qty 173, FOB Origin. Except as modified or amplified in the RFP these items contain class C explosives. DFAR Clause 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions For Ammunition and Explosives (May 1994)applies. This Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance itmes which require special security, safety and transportation clauses. The clauses may be found in Section I. Acquisition is competitive, First Article Testing and Lot Acceptance Testing is required. Up to 100% Option Clause included 180 days.
