- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4561008RC00007 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS 813110. This requirement is for the Navy Consolidated Brig, Charleston, SC 29406. This requirement is for Catholic Priest to provide services through provisions of specialized religious services to persons of the Catholic Faith. For a quantity of 169 Days during the Period of service which will be from the date of award of the contract thru 30 Sep 2008. Vendor must meet all the following requirements:UNDER THIS TASK ORDER, THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE INDEPENDENT CATHOLIC MASS TO SATISFY THE OVERALL OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES OF NAVAL CONSOLIDATED BRIG CHARLESTON. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACTOR SERVICES THROUGH PROVISIONS OF SPECIALIZED RELIGIOUS SERVICES TO PERSONS OF THE CATHOLIC FAITH.
