- Description
- The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department of the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate on an unrestricted basis, a Firm Fixed Price Commercial type contract. The purpose of the resultant contract is to revise and re-designate the Navy Surface Warfare Manual (NWP 3-20) from a Navy Warfare Publication to a Navy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (NTTP) manual and align the manual with the current guidance outlined in Navy wide and Fleet Operational Tasking (OPTASKs), Operation General (OPGENs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS). To perform under this contract, a level of SECRET (NOFORN) security classification is required for all key technical personnel.
