- Description
- The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department of the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source acquisition with only one source, Oracle, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of the resultant contract is to allow Oracle to conduct analysis of the Installation Core Business Model (ICBM) of the Commander, Naval Installations Command. After the analysis is completed, Oracle will recommend to the Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) a business system solution that allows them to oversee the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the functional areas that comprise the breadth and diversity of CNIC's operation.
