Description

FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to procure software support services for the Web Officer Recruiting Tools (WebOTOOLS) custom software application. Services include deployment maintenance in support of WebOTOOLS, assist in analyzing defects and enhancements for the purpose of clarifying problem requirements, perform random checks to ensure proper system compliance, provide Tier 2 help desk support, trouble shoot and resolve application issues, support for account maintenance, and to ensure CRM Gold software upgrades are implemented. This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis with Vertical Marketing Incorporated (VMI) of Manassas, VA. A firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base period and four options will be negotiated. The NACIS code for this effort is 541519. The proposed contract action is services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only VMI on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6-302-1. VMI is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS
