- Synopsis N00178-08-Q-1079 is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. In accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase 40mm High Performance Powder Gun Replacement Parts from Physics Applications, Inc., 7635 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45458-5413 to ensure safe, proper, and consistent operation required for controlled testing environment conditions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed price order.
