- Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate has a requirement for maintenance and support for the herndon's office's Business Information System (BIS). BIS serves as the Herdon's central Management and Business Information System. continued Maintenance and Support is required for this system until the NBC/AQD has implemented the DOI Financial and Business Management System (FBMS). GSA has determined that the pric3es and rates under the incumbent's schedule are fair and reasonable. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nortel Government Solutions, Inc. for this requirement in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(b).
