Required delivery without First Article is 25 each, 12 0 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, CAGE Code: 8V613 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify them selves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
