- PRON: AX8Q0175AXAX, NSN: 1615-01-185-3072, PN: 406-310-100(-105), Quantity: 250 each applicable to the OH-58D. F.O.B Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 250 each due 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 250 each due 350 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 250 each due 280 DACA. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because the ri ghts to use data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained.. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet preq ualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicit ations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
