- This will be a rated order under DPAS (15 CFR 700), Rating DX A4A in support of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. Award of this solicitation will not be based on price alone, but on an integrated assessment of best delivery ter ms and price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. See solicitation W9098S-08-R-0012 for details. 27 each carbon structural steel plate, .50 x 48 x 96, ASTM A36 and 401 each steel plate, hot rolled, pickled and oiled, .625 x 60 x 1 44, ASTM A36, FOB Destination, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. Delivery is 31 January 2008. NAICS is 331111, 1000 employees, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Issue date is 25 January 2008. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Full & Open Competition. An award can only be made to an offeror that has registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
