- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Cost & Economics, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6-1(b)(1) Only one source is capable, to Tecolote Rese arch, Inc 1 South Los Carneros RD, Suite 125 Goleta, CA 93117-5506 to provide Information Technology Activities Support. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of three (3) months (16 February 2008 through 15 M ay 2008). This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
