- Description
- The NTC Acquisition Command, Fort Irwin, California intends to extend services to its existing Latrine and Handwash Station, Vantex Service Corporation, pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii i)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements in conjunction with exercise of FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The contract action will be accomplished by modification, to meet an exi sting need for the continuance of latrine services with no disruption. The extension of services will be for approximately four (4) months, 01 February 2008 through 31 May 2008, for an estimated $650K. Description of Services: Latrine and Handwash Stati on Provide Rental of latrines and handwash stations for cantonment and training areas, Yermo Annex, Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA), and to Barstow for rotational and installation customers.
