- The ITEC4 anticipates the issuance of Request For Proposal (RFP) No. W91QUZ-08-R-0007, for the Business Transformation Agencys (BTA), Cross Agency Support Services (CASS) Thought Leadership/Change Management (TLCM) acquisition, on/about 11 February 2008. The purpose of the CASS TLCM acquisition is to provide the full range of support services necessary to support BTA headquarters, directorates, and program/project/product offices, in support of BTAs various missions and will integrate BTA fu nctional and operational activities into an agile, efficient, forward leaning operation. The CASS TLCM acquisition will provide the requiring offices with the means to acquire the necessary expertise and capabilities to support their mission requirements. The CASS TLCM covers services such as strategic and tactical planning, change management and training, and investment management. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made. In addition, the TLCM solicitation will utilize full and open competition procedures. The RFP, when released, will only be available on the Army Single Face to Industry web site: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Please do not call or e-mail to request copies.
