- The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Night Readiness, LLC, 1351 N Alma School Rd, No. 265, Chandler AZ 85224-5943. The requirement is for off-the-shelf and proprietary equipment and hardware that when configured and installed will provide a complete and ready for use Virtual Terrain Board (VTB) System environment used for Air Force Night Vision Goggle (NVG)training. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
