- Notice of Proposed Contract Actions IAW FAR 12 and 13, RFQ VA-259-08-RP-0069 The Regional Readjustment Counseling Service VET Center, Boulder, CO and VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center contemplate an award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for readjustment counseling services. Offeror must perform services in Bailey, Colorado. The proposed contract will be issued for commercial firm fixed price contract type. The period of performance for this contract will be one year with four additional one-year option periods. This is a synopsis for Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy on an individual, group and family basis. The contractor shall provide Personnel, equipment and facility to perform these services. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on best value to include past performance. Request for Proposal VA-259-08-RP-0069 will be available for download on or about 30 January 2008. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be allowed. Offers are to be received by the VA Rocky Mountain Health Network, VISN 19 Consolidated Contracting Center, 4100 E.
