- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) SEEKS OFFERORS TO CONSTRUCT AN OUTPATIENT CLINIC FOR LEASE TO THE GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS No. V101-183R-537-09-07 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offerors to construct an outpatient clinic facility in Crown Point, Indiana for lease to the Government, for a period of up to 20 years, on a site that has been pre-selected by the Government for an approximate 44,000 NUSF facility. VA has obtained an assignable/transferable purchase option on an approximately 7.28-acre site located in the city of Crown Point, Lake County, Indiana. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than February 15, 2008, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondence, and amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit your response to Public Properties LLC. Responses shall include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project. Solicitation documents will be forwarded to the respondents of this announcement.
