- Description
- The Hefner VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a service disabled veteran-owned small business to complete the HVAC Renovations for the Platinum Clinic, B-2. This work includes, but is not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation to replace the existing air handling unit and HVAC system in the Platinum Clinic on the first floor of Building 2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB's. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested SDVOSB companies must request drawings in writing. Email requests may be sent to jolette.morrison@va.gov. Twenty (20) sets of drawings are available and will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. The specifications will be uploaded on/about 1/28/08. No paper solicitations will be issued. Telephone requests will not be honored. Firms requesting drawings must be registered at both the Central Contractor Registry and Center for Veterans Enterprise (VetBiz) websites. Bid opening will be on/about February 28, 2008. A pre-bid conference/walk-through will be held February 14, 2008 in Bldg 21, BC-110. Prior to sub mitting a bid, firms must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Government-wide numbered note 29 applies to this procurement.
