- Description
- This is a sources sort request. The Government is looking for possible sources to provide sub acute care services for the beneficiaries of the Atlanta VA Medical Center (VAMC). Our intent is to establish referral contracts with sub acute facilities within 35 miles of the VAMC that could provide services to include services for: Trauma, degenerative diseases, post surgical care needs, respiratory support, tracheostomies and/or feeding tube, pre and post rehabilitation, morbid obesity, etc. It is anticipated that approximately 10 to 15 patients a year will require services. Individuals requiring care beyond an acceptable period of time would be returned to the VAMC.
