- Description
- Under the Authority of Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, the U.S. Census Bureau inteds to contract with Mr. Alfred Pfeiffer on a sole source basis to provide expert advise and assistance in the development of implementation plans for ongoing maintenance of the Master Address File (MAF) following the 2010 Census. The U.S. Census Bureau believes that Mr. Pfeiffer is uniquesly qualified as a result of his experience in designing a nationwide program for upadating of the MAF through local, state and tribal governments. This experience provided Mr. Pfeiffer with broad policy, operation, logistical and technical experience related to update of the MAF that cannot be found in any other individual.
