- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Jasper County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for site preparation, fabrication and installation of timber headwalls; rock riprap for bank stabilization, rock riprap armoring on ends of culverts; and installing rock chutes in road ditches. There are 14 sites requiring work, located in Precinct 1, Jasper County. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
