- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Miscellaneous Home Economics, Math and Art Supplies and equipment for their Ryukyu Middle School in Okinawa, Japan, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type Purchase Order on a Full and Open Competition basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-1000 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 1 February 2008, to close 14 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 15 March 2008. Award will be made under the test program for commercial items established in FAR 13.5 using a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation process. Single contract award is contemplated for this requirement. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
