- See attached PIN Market Survey for Solicitation No. 6FLS-A6-080271-N which includes 48 National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. The solicitation is due to issue April 2008, however the effective date of any contracts resulting from this solicitation will be 12/1/08. If interested in submitting an offer, please complete the attached survey. We plan to award contract(s) to the best value offer on or about November 2008. This will be a stock requirements, negotiated contract with shipment to Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA and a possibility of direct delivery shipments when necessary.
