- The specifications found on the the subject solicitation is hereby deleted in its entirely and replace with the following: The specifications for the Python-IIIA- HC/FH vest are as follows: 1. Custom Fit Male and Female Level IIIA Concealable Body Armor, Centennial Ballistics incorporating Goldflex and Twaron ( 1.35 psf or less), 2 Cool Gel Packs included at no additional charge. 2. Male and Female cupped ballistic armor must be in compliance with NIJ Standard 0101.04 and NIJ 2005 Interim requirements. The specifications that meet this standard shall be submitted in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b)(4). 3. Male and Female Body Armor must comply with V50- 9mm 1840 fps or greater. 4. Load Bearing Raid cover incorporates the concealable armor into the load bearing vest. The vest color is black, "POLICE" Patch on Front Left Side, white lettering, "FEDERAL AGENT" Patch on Back white lettering. 5. Soft Trauma Pack (included in vest price) 6. Manufacturer to individually measure each student to ensure proper fit at time of order. Student will be available for measure at 1630 on a date to be provided one to two weeks in advance. Place of measure will be provided when date is provided (Brunswick, GA area). 7. Manufacturer to ship vests to Brunswick. 8. In the event the vest does not fit properly upon receipt by student, manufacturer will correct at no cost to government by working directly with the student.
