- Approximately 211 line items for metal parts such as bushings, couplings, Y-Strainers, flanges, tees, pipe hangers, elbows, etc. in various sizes and quantities. Items are intended for repair of steam service piping. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website as a Small Business Set Aside on or about December 14, 2007 with proposals due by on or about December 31, 2007. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Terms will be FOB Destination to Travis AFB, CA 94535. Delivery will be due approximately 120 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2007).
