- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with Digital Speech Systems Incorporated (DSSI), a small business doing business at 1190 Commerce Drive, Richardson, Texas, 75081-2307, on a sole source basis for maintenance and operation of Government-owned Automated Appointment Reminder System (AARS), a turnkey hardware and software solution developed by DSSI. The maintenance period will be for twelve months. The place of performance is on DSSI?s secured facility in Richardson, Texas. This sole source will be conducted under the authority of the FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, where circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
