- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) presently is seeking to expand its lease requirements, currently situated in 19,156 usable square feet, to a total of 35,865 usable square feet of office and related space in Chicago, Illinois. The area of consideration is as follows: North: Chicago Ave.; East: Western Avenue; South: Eisenhower Expressway; West: Chicago Avenue. The Government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation would be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment and LAN systems, office furniture, security system and telephone systems.
