- NAICS Code: 541360 NAICS Code: 541360 THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT INCLUDED IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541360 - Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services and the small business size standard is $4.5 million dollars. The solicitation number for this procurement is RFQ-DC-08-00076; and is a request for quotes from prospective vendors. It is the intent of the program office to make award to a successful offeror using a fixed-price contract based on the quantity of imagery used over a 1 year performance period base with four option years. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure aerial and satellite imagery and support services for the EPA's Office of Environmental Information. Further specifications and technical requirements are included in the Statement of Work (SOW) posted on our website at http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod. The period of performance for this procurement is from April 15, 2008 thru April 15, 2013. All offers shall be submitted in accordance with the following applicable FAR provisions and clauses: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items as explained in the SOW, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, 52.215-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. All responsive offerors shall also submit a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government with all factors other than price being significant more important than price. Further details regarding the evaluation criteria to be utilized in this procurement are included in the posted SOW. Completed offers shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Sharon Mason on or before 3:00pm on February 19, 2008. NO LATE QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
