A cost factor of $12,000 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offers for which the government will require such testing. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business. Drawing/technical data package is available through the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with a direct link to FedTeds for the drawing/technical data package. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base.
