- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice for the procurement of Information Technology (IT) support services for various Navy and Marine Corps Installations through the Navy Region Southwest. The awardee will be required to provide support staff for offices at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), CA, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ, and Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA respectively. The requirement is for a time and materials (T&M) contract with a base performance period of six (6) months (1 April through 30 September 2008) and three (3) one year option periods to be exercised at the unilateral discretion of the Government. The Government is soliciting proposals and a written solicitation will be issued (N00244-08-R-0031) on or about 28 January 2008. This requirement is being solicited as an 8(a) competitive solicitation. Only proposals from SBA-certified 8(a) firms shall be entertained. The NAICS Code for this solicitaiton is 541519 with a small business size standar d of $23 million. This solicitation and resulting contract will be awarded using FAR Part 15 Source Selection procedures.
