Description
Description: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Great Lakes Office is seeking information on Small Business sources that can provide integrated support services for NAVFAC Midwest, Crane, IN. (Large Businesses do not respond please). The integrated supply service is comprised of material support, inventory control, receipt, inspection, warehousing, delivery and billing services. The subject requirement also requires services to furnish building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC supplies, rebuilt, remanufactured and aftermarket automotive parts, tires, oil, bulk products, and other miscellaneous items. These supplies must be provided for planned, routine and emergency requirements. For the purposes of Small Businesses, the NAICS Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and the Size Standard is $32.5M. Your response shall include the following information and can be submitted in your own format: Size of company, i.e., 8(a), WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others, number of employees, revenue for the past 3 years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back 5 years and your company's capability to perform the type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed two (3) standard size typewritten pages. Also, please indicate if your company can be a prime contractor for this effort or, if not, whether your company can be a subcontractor. A draft PWS, draft Attachment 1 to the PWS, and draft Shop Store Inventory List, Attachment 2, and draft MRO Items List, Attachment 3 are posted in this notice for your reference.
