- Description
- The Navy's Propulsion Systems Evaluation Facility seeks to obtain market research information on a replacement system to the current Rotor Spin Drive System. Systems utilizing Air, Electricity or other drive techniques will be considered for the proposed requirement for the Fiscal Year 2009 timeframe. If a contract is awarded, a firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
