- Description
- Military Sealift Command (MSC) intends to procure PTO/PTI Subject Matter Expert Services on a sole source basis from Seaworthy Electrical Systems (SES) of New York, NY. SES currently provides same and similar services under Contract N00033-07-D-8007, a firm fixed price IDIQ task order contract. The Contract provides PTO/PTI subject matter expert services to MSC's engineering directorate. The current requirement is for an additional 1,380 labor hours and $50,000 in estimated travel to be added by Contract modification to the current performance period that commenced 16 October 2007 and ends 15 October 2008. This acquisition will be made on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis in accordance with USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information about the capabiliti3es of other companies will be considered.
