- Description
- The USGS is proposing to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with Counterpart International, a US Company, for the purpose of providing scientific studies and technical assistance to developing nations that are in need of biological studies involving habitat restoration, species conservation, international natural resource conservation and training, monitoring and research; or assessments of water, energy, or mineral resources; or multilateral earth science data sharing projects. This is not a procurement, the partners in a CRADA contribute funds, equipment and in-kind services to the various research efforts that they engage in.
