- RFQ R2350086032 Amendment 1 National Park Service Workshop to Categorize Nitrogen-Sensitive Alpine and Sub-alpine Plant Species in the US - Meeting Planning, Facilitation, and Reporting January 17, 2008 As a result of questions, the National Park Service is issuing the following clarifications: 1. Question: Should we include in our cost, travel expense and honorarium for the workshop attendees (2 European scientists, 4 National, and 2 Local)? Answer: Include all workshop attendee expenses in a consolidated "honorarium" line item in your budget proposal. A sample budget template has been provided to indicate the categories requested. 2. Question: If so, what is a recommended dollar amount to allocate for the honorarium? Answer: It is anticipated that honorarium rates will vary depending upon the relative time invested. For estimation purposes, NPS does not expect total honoraria to exceed $13,000.
