- The contract Gate Attendant shall perform a number of tasks associated with the collection of user fees, camper registration, and dissemination of information according to the schedule and specifications. All work must be performed according to the specifications unless authorized in advance by the Contracting Officer Representative. The location of the services covered by this contract will be at Nebraska Tailwaters Campground. The campground is located approximately 5 miles West of Yankto n, SD on NE Highway 121. The campground has 32 electrical sites and 11 non-electrical sites. The campground has 1 comfort station with hot/cold water and showers, and flush toilets. Dump station facilities are located just outside the campground. A maj or river access boat ramp as well as a handicapped fishing pier are located adjacent to the campground. Playground equipment is dispersed throughout the campground. There are regular contract garbage pickups in the campground as well as law enforcement p rotection.
