- The contract Gate Attendant shall perform a number of tasks associated with the collection of user fees, camper registration, and dissemination of information according to the schedule and specifications. The Contractor will be performing Gate Atten dant duties at specified campground for the regular campground Gate Attendants on their day off. The location of the services covered by this contract will be at the two Corps of Engineers campgrounds below Gavins Point Dam located appro ximately 4 miles West of Yankton, SD on SD Highway 52. Each campground has one or more comfort stations with hot/cold water and showers, and flush toilets. Dump station facilities are located throughout the area as is playground equipment. There is regu lar contract garbage pickup in the campgrounds as well as law enforcement patrol.
