- The purpose of this revised annoucement is to advise that the planholder's list and list of attendees at the site showing is available. To view this list, vendors should access the FedTeds Website at www.fedteds.gov. Additionally when completed, qu estions and answers shall be posted to this website. Shortly after bid opening, the government shall make available an apparent low bidder worksheet. This information will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ . On the left hand side under 'AFSI Business Opportunities,' click on 'Contracting Opportunities Search.' You can then input the solicitation number. All other terms and conditions of previous annoucments remain unchanged.
