- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for historical interpretation and outreach service, which shall be in the form of a Graduate Assistantship, minimum of a masters level graduate student enrolled in a history, f orestry, recreation, parks or tourism resources program at an accredited University. In addition two summer staff positions shall also be provided by that University. Service is for the Bulltown Historical Area located at Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, Wes t Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively bid, NTE $215,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional option periods. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder (University) with the lowest balanced price. A pre-bid conference will be held on Feb 8, 2008 at 1:00 pm, at Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, West Virginia. For directions, please contact the Project, phone 304-853-2371.
