Description

DESC: 1090-01-517-4789, Part Number 12997488, the item to procure is an ARM ASSEMBLY. Requirements are: ARM ASSEMBLY (1090-01-517-4789) FOR THE MK19, 40MM MG. C/O: ARM AND COVER MACHINED FROM ALUMINUM ALLOY, 7075-773, ASTM B221 WITH ANODIZE FINISH, SWITCH GUARD AND COVER ASSY, FORMED FROM STEEL, 1095M, QUENCH AND TEMPER WITH PHOSPHATE FINISH. THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE PURCHASED FROM THE SUGGESTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY: PLUNGER, HOLDER BATTERY, DIODE, NOMENTARY PUSH BUTTON SWITCH, RESISTOR, SWITCH PROTECTIV E BOOT, WIRE AND MISC SCREWS. THE PART IS APPROXIMATE 9.785 IN X 0.835 IN X 1.040 IN. Requirement is for a purchase order for 100 EACH ARM ASSEMBLY with a 200 PER CENT OPTION. FOB is Destination. For use on MK19 Machine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue d ate is 31 January 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
