PRON: AX8C0122AXAX, NSN: 1615-00-003-1148, PN: 114R3650-6, Quantity: 579 each applicable to the CH-47 (CHINOOK). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Articl e Testing is 579 each 368 Days After Contract Award (DACA) The First Article Test Report is due 233 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 579 each, 245 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to: Avibank MFG., Inc. , Cage Code: 84256; S P S Technologies, Inc., Cage Code: 56878 and The Boeing Company, Cage Code: 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique desi gn capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the we bsite www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
