- Description
- The U.S. Army JM&L LCMC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ hereby issues a solicitation for contractor support in the form of a Safety Officer who will generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analyses and other Safety and Environmental documentation as required in support of the Energetics and Warheads Division (EWD). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial services. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Small Business is defined as NAICS Code 541620 with annual receipts of $6.0M or less. A firm fixed price basic contract effort with four fixed priced options are anticipated. The Army will evaluate proposals received based on Best-Value criteria. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation incorporates solicitation clauses and provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically for download at the following Internet address: http://procnet.pica.army.mil . Offerors shall submit their proposals electronically (Limit 10MB) via email to Jeremy Phillips at jeremy.phillips6@us.army.mil . Closing date for receipt of proposals is 1 PM EST, 04 February 2007.
